Quotes and scope
Quotes are based on the information and property conditions available when assessed. Any requested variation or concealed condition that materially changes the work will be discussed before additional work proceeds.
Access and safety
Customers must provide safe, reasonable access to the property and disclose known hazards. Work may be rescheduled where weather or site conditions make proceeding unsafe.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in the accepted quote or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due following completion of the service.
