Victorian Energy Upgrades
Eligible Victorian homes with no ceiling insulation or existing insulation below R2.0 may receive a discount. The final amount depends on the property, installation, approved products and certificate value.
A minimum customer contribution and all program safety and evidence requirements apply. Eligibility is confirmed before discounted work proceeds.

If your rooms never stay warm in winter or cool in summer, missing or tired ceiling insulation could be letting the comfort escape.
We check what is already above the ceiling, make sure leaks and electrical hazards are dealt with, then fit the right insulation neatly around lights, wiring and tight spaces.
Assess before installing
Many straightforward residential installations can be completed within a day. Access, existing material, electrical checks and any roof repairs can change the sequence.
Keep the roof watertight and avoid disturbing or compressing installed insulation. Have coverage checked after major roof, electrical or ceiling work.
A different starting point
Existing batts can be patchy, compressed, contaminated or simply no longer performing as they should. This separate reveal shows the difference between a neglected roof space and a clean, freshly insulated ceiling.

From 1 October 2026, Victorian Energy Upgrades discounts expand to eligible homes with no ceiling insulation or existing insulation below R2.0. Eligibility, the available amount, approved products and the delivery arrangement must be confirmed for the individual property.
Roof leaks and moisture problems should be repaired first. Wet insulation can lose performance and may contribute to further damage.
Electrical hazards must be assessed and rectified where required before insulation is installed. Some homes will need a licensed electrician before the insulation work can proceed.
